COVID-19 Update

We are pleased to inform you that W Dentistry is welcoming back patients for routine care starting on June 1st.

First and foremost, our patient’s safety has and always will be our number one concern. Per ADA guidelines, we are already committed to providing exceptional care and adhering to a rigorous infectious control policy.

We have added extra safety measures to ensure that our patients and staff are comfortable and safe. Aside from having readily available hand sanitizer, we have also added HEPA filter air purifiers to our treatment rooms which have UV lights to kill bacteria and viruses, and are having our staff wear N95 masks in addition to face shields at all times when treating patients. Our office has invested in a new suction system to ensure reduction of any equipment aerosols. We will also place surface barriers that will be changed every appointment.

We are outlining how our greeting, check-in and scheduling process is changing.

Before you schedule your appointment, we will be going through a COVID prescreen questionnaire on the phone. We ask that if you are experiencing any of the symptoms prior to your appointment that you kindly reschedule.

As you arrive for your appointment, we will check your temperature and escort you to one of our dental operatories to avoid waiting in the waiting area. All the necessary paperwork will be filled out in the operatory. This again includes a COVID screening questionnaire. We ask that patients reduce the number of visitors that accompany them during the appointment. We will also allow enough time between appointments to reduce overlap and interaction with other patients.

We thank you for understanding these necessary changes in order to keep your health and safety a top priority. We welcome you back with open arms (from a distance) and can’t wait to return to treating you and your family for all your dental needs.
